Tattoo removal & pigment care,
in Seomyeon, Busan.
Gounsesang has practised dermatology in Seomyeon since 1984. Two board-certified directors — both former university faculty — diagnose first, then treat. We are an official XERF key-doctor clinic and use ruby-pico technology for tattoo and pigment removal that older lasers cannot match.
Gounsesang Dermatology, Seomyeon Busan, established 1984
Diagnosis before treatment, always.
Gounsesang Dermatology has treated skin in Seomyeon, Busan since 1984. The difference a board-certified dermatologist makes is diagnosis: pigment that looks identical can be melasma, a dermal nevus, or post-inflammatory marks — each needs a different laser and a different plan. Our two directors are former university faculty and official XERF key doctors, and every patient is assessed with our 3D imaging system before a single shot. We do not push fixed packages; we treat what the skin actually needs.
Six fields, one heritage.
From ruby-pico tattoo removal to melasma, acne scars and lifting, each field is led by a board-certified director. Choose the concern that brought you here.

Yes — ruby-pico reaches colours older lasers leave behind.
Gounsesang Dermatology uses ruby-pico technology, which adds the 694nm ruby wavelength that conventional Nd:YAG pico and Q-switched lasers lack. That wavelength is what clears stubborn greens, light blues and sky-blue inks, as well as dense black, with fewer sessions and less scarring risk. Because we are board-certified dermatologists practising since 1984, we first diagnose ink depth, colour and your skin type, then set a realistic number of sessions rather than promising removal in one. Every plan is explained in English before we begin.
